Loď pivovar

Pivovar Loď (Boat Brewery)

Loď pivovar (Boat Brewery) is a brewery on a boat. The boat is 53 metres long and carries the whole brewery (brewhouse, fermentation tanks and maturation tanks) as well as restaurant and bar for more than 200 people. The boat can be found in the centre of Prague, on Vltava river, under Štefánikův bridge - just about 200 metres from Náměstí Republiky. This is the first Czech brewery on a boat.

They offer three beers permanently - Legie (pale Pilsner 10°), Republika (pale Pilsner lager 12°) and Monarchie (dark 13°). These beers are accompanied by other seasonal beers. Occasionally you can try IPA, Stout, a hoppy pale lager called Remorker and so on.

The boat has three decks. The main deck is a restaurant, the lowest deck is more like a pub or a bar with less food and more beer. On top the boat there is a terrace which you can enjoy during warm and sunny days.

Although the boat can cruise, it should usually be anchored at one place, so you can always find it. This boat brewery can be found at Dvořákovo nábřeží under Štefánikův bridge.
